Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you aren't, we offer a 30-day (from shipment date) return policy, and a 60-day (from shipped date) exchange policy.

If you are returning a sized to order item, sizing charges will be deducted from the refund price.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at zaksjewel@aol.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 1314 Cape Coral Pkwy E Suite 101, Cape Coral, FL 33904. Exchanges must be done in store. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Returns and exchanges are not allowed on specific items; special ordered items, custom designs, piercing studs, gift cards, and jewelry that has been altered or modified beyond sizing. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. For online orders; we will credit your original payment method, excluding delivery charges.

All refunds are credited to the same tender as the original purchase. 

Credit and Debit cards - The same account will be credited

Check - A refund check will be issued from our office and mailed within 10 days. Any returned customer check is subject to a service charge.

Cash - When funds are unavailable or cash refund amount is greater than $500, a refund check will be issued and mailed within 10 days.

Gift Card - Refunds will be given in the form of a new gift card. Gift cards cannot be returned. 

Trade-ins - You will receive either your original trade-in or similar merchandise
